For last few weeks there’s been a buzz around new product from Nikon, exactly Nikon D3X. I am not gear junky definitely, but I decided to post about it because of an action taken by Chase Jarvis. As usual he is one of the first people testing new camera from Nikon and he will share his first impressions.

When Nikon D90 came, Chase posted few clips from his advanced testing.

This time Chase does the same. He starts work on 4-day advertising campaign, which, as he says, might be the first campaign shot using Nikon D3X and he will post on Twitter and Facebook his thoughts about the camera as work goes. Chase will specifically focus on image quality, challenges his team might face and all the similar stuff.

I just realized that I am still operating on Christmas time :). Since New Year I have problems with organizing my time efficiently and I have a bunch of photos awaiting post-processing.

I want to show you Santa Claus’s elfs today :) These are kids of friends of mine, they visited us after Christmas and it was very first time when we had so many kids at home at the same time. Fortunately, all Madzia’s decorations survived, even the things standing on the floor :)

Let me introduce you two angels :) These are kids of my cousin Agnieszka, Maja and Artur. I snapped these photos at Christmas Day and as you can see the little princes was not in a mood that particular moment. We had to wake her up as we already were late for the dinner at Piotrek’s house and believe me or not she does not like when her nap is shorten :)

We spent excellent two days in Lincoln and the party was great over there as usual and yes I drunk too much :) (as always in Lincoln)

Yesterday I worked with Rebecca, very nice girl from Doncaster. She dropped me an email some time ago saying that she is starting out and would like to have some photoshoot done to build up a portfolio. I hope that those photos will help her to achieve her goals in modelling :)

I got a message on one of the Polish photography websites saying that there was a première of a calendar for 2009 year made by Instal-Projekt. The author of all images is Waclaw Wantuch, one of the best art nude photographers.

I need to find out whether there is a chance to order one to UK.

I attended Waclaw’s workshop last April and I must say it was the best workshop I’ve ever attended. It was so good that I am thinking about going once again this year :)
